Target Software Description: Command Log Book Version 1.41 is a flight t
ime
logging program for Australian Pilots. It has some great features for
searching for sub-totals on various aircraft types and types of flight ie IFR
or VFR etc.

Use: As it was so much fun, the protection schemes were completely reversed and
several interesting alternatives were revealed. So nice to have a choice.
If you just want to extend the trial period, run Logbook with the command l
ine
switch /RE ie "Logbook.exe /RE" and you will be asked if you want t
o reset
the timelock.
Now for the interesting bit. Copy "CLB141Reg10.exe"
to the Log Book program
directory, and run it. There are 2 alternatives to permanently register the
product, and both are handled automatically by our program when it is run:
1. We create a file "REGISTER.DAT" with the entered registration da
ta in the
current directory. If "REGISTER.DAT" is in the Logbook program directory
, and
Logbook is run with the command line switch /OLDREG ie "Logbook.exe /OL
DREG",
then, as long as you always include the switch, Logbook will start registered.
2. We create a registration file in the Windows system directory called
"$SYSIKM" which contains the entered registration data. Logbook will re
ad this
at startup without any command line parameters. Enjoy.
